Bob Willbanks
President
Bob Wilbanks is the retired Director of Pharmacy at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Mississippi, following a long and successful career spanning both independent and chain retail pharmacy. He currently serves as President of the Mississippi Pharmacists Association (MPhA), having previously held roles as Vice President, Member-at-Large, and active member of the Education, Membership, Legislative Committees.
A lifelong servant-leader, Bob has participated in 18 medical mission trips to Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica. He is a devoted member of Calvary Episcopal Church, where he has served as senior warden and continues as a lay reader and choir member.
Bob has long been active in the arts and civic life. He is a past president of both the Delta Arts Alliance and the Crosstie Arts Council and is the longtime Foundation Chair for the Cleveland Rotary Club. He is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Bowl of Hygeia and Spirit of Pharmacy awards, LifePoint Hospitals’ Mercy Award, the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce President’s Award, and the Lucy R. Janoush Citizenship Award. In 2019, he was named Crosstie Patron of the Year, and in 2024 he served as King of the Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland Children’s Benefit Ball.
Now enjoying retirement, Bob devotes time to civic volunteering, painting, and spending time with his six grandchildren. He is an active member of the Mississippi Art Colony and continues to find joy in both creative and community pursuits.
Bob and his wife, Wilma, were honored as the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy’s Distinguished Pharmacy Alumni of the Year in 2022. They share three children and six beloved grandchildren.

Anna touchtone
President Elect
Anna Jane Touchstone, PharmD, MHA received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2017, her PharmD in 2020 from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, and her Masters of Health Administration from Belhaven University in 2024. She became a pharmacist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center after her pharmacy school graduation, where she is now the Central Pharmacy Supervisor for the adult hospital. She is currently a member of MPhA, APhA, MSHP, and Phi Lambda Sigma. She has been involved with MPhA for several years as both a student and pharmacist, where she has been an active member of the Education, Convention, and New Practitioner committees. She served as the Education Committee Chair from 2021-2023. Through the New Practitioner Committee, Anna helped start the MPhA Mentor Program in 2020 by serving as program coordinator. She was awarded MPhA Student of the Year in 2019, MPhA Member of the Year in 2022, and Spirit of Pharmacy in 2023. She was also a recipient of the Ole Miss Alumni Association 40 under 40 award in 2024.

Ann Katelyn Franklin
Vice President
Ann Katelyn Franklin, PharmD, is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. After graduation, she pursued a career as a community pharmacist at Walgreens in Cleveland, Mississippi, where she became Pharmacy Manager in 2014. In 2023, Ann began a clinical staff pharmacist position at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, where she is currently the Director of Pharmacy.
Ann has experience serving on the Mississippi Pharmacist Association membership committee, as a pharmacist mentor for the Association, and as part of the inaugural convention planning committee, where she served as committee chair for two years.
Ann currently serves as MPhA Executive Committee Vice President. As a clinical associate professor for the University of Mississippi and William Carey Schools of Pharmacy, she enjoys precepting students. She was awarded Distinguished Young Pharmacist of the Year in 2016, Bowl of Hygeia in 2020, and MPhA Member of the Year in 2024.
Outside of her career as a pharmacist, she enjoys working as a Certified Lactation Counselor, helping new mothers after adding to their families. She is the past President of The Crosstie Arts Council and the Delta State University Parental Advisory Board, and past Vice President of the Presbyterian Day School Parent Teacher Foundation.
She is an active life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland and enjoys serving on the various committees at Calvary Baptist Church. A busy mom of three, she enjoys cheering for the Ole Miss football team, camping, and traveling with her family.

Meagan Brown
Treasurer
Dr. Meagan Brown is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Director of the newly formed IMPACT Center for Pharmacy Transformation within the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the College of Pharmacy at Xavier University of Louisiana in 2010. Upon graduation, Dr. Brown completed a PGY- 1 Community Pharmacy Practice Residency and joined the faculty.
Her clinical practice site is a federally qualified health center, G.A. Carmichael Family Health Center, where she provides clinical services to patients focused on cardiometabolic diseases and assists providers with other patient needs related to medication access at 3 of their locations (Yazoo City, Belzoni, and Canton). Additionally, she brings residents and student pharmacists to expose them to hands-on experience in rural healthcare, serving the underserved. In the classroom, Dr. Brown’s coursework primarily focuses on chronic disease, health disparities, and health inequities.
In service, Dr. Brown serves on several committees with national pharmacy organizations and state organizations, including serving most recently as the convention planning chair of the Mississippi Pharmacists Association and newly elected Treasurer. Her most recent honor includes being part of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy’s (AACP) prestigious Academic Leadership Fellows Program, in Cohort 21. This program selects faculty nationally to build leadership skills and promote academic leadership growth, culminating in Chicago at their annual meeting this summer. Most importantly, she is a wife to Dr. Terrence H. Brown, also a pharmacist, mother of four, bookworm, vibe curator, and enjoys serving in the kids and health ministry at her church, Word of Life.

Gaston Box
Member-At-Large
Jonathan Gaston Box, PharmD received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2015 from The University of Mississippi, his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences in2018, and his PharmD in 2021 from The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. He has worked in retail pharmacy since graduating, with his last 4 years being at Saver Express Pharmacy in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Gaston is a founding member and currently the Executive Director for The S.I.P., an organization dedicated to PBM reform and uniting all pharmacists behind this mission. He is also a member of MPhA, APhA, MIPA, and CPESN. He enjoys giving back to The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy by serving as a preceptor, helping to educate future pharmacists. In his free time, Gaston enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and his two kids, Anne Gaston (5) and Harrison (1).

Cheryl Sudduth
Member At Large
Cheryl Sudduth graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in 1981. She has been an independent pharmacy owner for over 30 years, owning a pharmacy in Hernando, MS, and most recently a second location in Independence, MS. She is a clinical professor with the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, serving as a preceptor for IPPE and APPE students at the University of MS SOP. She currently serves as a luminary for CPESN MS and is a past board member of the Mississippi Independent Pharmacy Association, having served as chairman for two years. Cheryl serves on the Dean's advisory board for the University of Mississippi SOP. A past recipient of the MPHA Hall of Fame award and the Excellence in Innovation award, she is excited to serve as a current officer of MPhA. Cheryl and her husband reside in Hernando, Mississippi, where she enjoys time with her family and friends. She has a passion for advancing the pharmacy profession andimproving the health of Mississippians.

Olivia Strain
Past President
Olivia Strain, PharmD, is a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with the GSK Vaccines Field Medical Team covering Mississippi, Walgreens nationwide, and several National Pharmacy Associations. A proud Mississippi native, Olivia earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Before joining GSK, Olivia practiced at Walgreens for over 17 years, with her final years spent working as a Clinical Services Pharmacist for the area, as well as serving as PGY1 Community-based Residency Program Director and preceptor. Additionally, she held an appointment as a part-time Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi.
Olivia is actively involved in pharmacy Associations at both local and national levels, holding leadership and committee positions within the Mississippi Pharmacists Association (MPhA) and the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). She is also involved with faith-based organizations, such as Young Life Madison County and her church.
Olivia resides in Madison with her husband and a house full of daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, running, being outdoors, and engaging in sports activities.
